The study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge management on re-organizational change and, furthermore to identify the impact of knowledge management on organizational structures. The study hypothesized that there is a statistically significant relationship between knowledge management and organizational change, and also there is a statistically significant relationship between knowledge management and organizational structures. The study used a descriptive-analytical approach and found with several results that there is a statistically significant relationship between knowledge management and organizational change. The company&#8217;s management provides employees with information sources (such as the library and the Internet) to help them acquire knowledge. This study provides some most important policy recommendations that the necessity of paying attention to the internal communications network (Intranet) and developing it in a way that contributes to facilitating the transfer of ideas and knowledge between all departments. Holding regular meetings between the senior management and workers in order to listen to the workers and discuss the obstacles facing the company\u2019s work and seek to remove them through the senior
