Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this paper, we analyze the new Moroccan education national sector statute, issued on October 6, 2023. We identify its general context framing, highlight its most important provisions that have sparked an extensive societal debate, and review the challenges resulting from it by trying to answer the following questions: 1) What are the most prominent structural features of this law?, 2) What is the general context that framed its issuance?, 3) What are the major trends of official discourse?, 4) What are the problems associated with some of this law contents?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the study nature, the researcher relied on the descriptive and analytical method and used it in the context of collecting his information on sources, documents, governmental administrative decisions, and scientific references.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The study was divided into three main axes. First axis: the main official discourse lines. Second axis: an analysis of the most important statute contents and requirements. Third axis: the results and recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of invoking the best interest of learners through proposing effective solutions to the problems raised within a participatory dialogue framework. It leads to reviewing and clarifying some of these decree points within a comprehensive vision that guarantees the principles of equal opportunities among all groups and contributes to consolidating the public school place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
