dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">Drugs are considered as the biggest disaster that facing societies in the world and according to the last reports for 2022, there are 269 people who are using drugs and 35 million suffer from drugs _use disorders according to the latest report issued by the United Nations office on drugs and crime, these studies con firm that the youth, adolescents, woman is larger.&nbsp; The rate of abuse is expected to increase with the war in Sudan due to the high rates of unemployment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">The truth is that the spread of drugs reached all countries of the world including Arab countries and especially Sudan. many studies show that the spread of addicts has become an issue that requires a set of solution the most important of which are strict regulation and legislations. I thank god that Sudan has put regulations, it is very strict with dealers and the drug control agencies among the most successful security agencies and their effort as give great in detective drugs. however, on the other hand the percentages of addicts and those who&#8217;s conditions turn into psychological illnesses has increased and their families are looking for solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">Treatment which is not available in other than government hospital affiliated to the ministry of health, (Baashar, Tigani Almahi, Noor Alhoda) which have limited capacities, and some wards in some private hospitals which are high cost and with the increasing numbers of addiction and mental illnesses\u2019 the government agreed privet sector with the opportunity to participate in establishing hospitals or specialized treatment centres. However, unfortunately we have not seen major initiatives from the private sector to invest in this field despite its economic feasibility. I recently&nbsp; reviewed a study&nbsp; prepared by private university which presented an economic study with positive indicator of profitability&nbsp; due to the increase of the number of seekers of treatment services from addiction psychological treatment which all governmental hospitals can&#8217;t accommodate for treatment nor the addiction and psychological treatment&nbsp; department in some private hospitals, and this promps me to&nbsp; represent&nbsp; the&nbsp; issue to the privet&nbsp; sector or to some Sudanese investment funds to establish&nbsp; specialized hospitals to treat
