The agents recruited are mostly from those who participated in the two world wars and who underwent training during these periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">The objectives and goals of the institution which was created in its early periods were oriented for the general interest in Equatorial Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">Unfortunately, its objectives and goals are diverted to other external ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">Furthermore, the military institution in equatorial Africa does not conform to patriotic standards since its creation until today .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><u>Key words :<\/u><\/strong> Colonization, army,
