The researcher adopted descriptive analytical method of analysis data. The questionnaire was carefully constructed, and then it was distributed among the study sample which consist of (20) teachers as staff members were working as universities and (30) student&#8217;s whom specialize in English language. The researcher used SPSS (Statistical Packages for Social Sciences) program to analyze the data .The study showed that seriousness doesn&#8217;t feeling the listener boring ,declaring your feeling allow to audience keep on silent and you achieving your messages spontaneously ,and clearing messages assist you to persuade your audiences.
