Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Islamic windows in Algeria linked with usurious banks are considered newly established. It needs guidance and correction by experts and specialists, and the assistance of the Arab and Islamic countries that are pioneers in this field. This study came to confirm the necessity of having a Shariah governance framework for Islamic windows to ensure their commitment to Shariah provisions and not contradict it. This research seeks to identify the concept of Shariah governance, its foundations and principles on which it is based and depends, then explain its functions and elements that ensure the application of effective Shariah governance, while ensuring the commitment of Islamic windows to implement it. The study will also focus on the concept of Islamic windows and the criteria for their establishment, With an explanation of the legislative framework for the windows in Algeria under Regulation 20-02 dated March 15, 2020, which specifies the banking operations related to Islamic banks, the rules applied to it, and the conditions for its practice by banks and financial institutions, followed by a discussion of the most important problems of Islamic window governance in Algeria, and presenting some proposals for best practices with the necessity of applying Shariah governance to ensure their success and continuity, while ensuring that they do not fall into forbidden transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
