necessities, He made the issue of selling by installments one of the most important and most reliable forms of selling today, because of this sale\u2019s characteristics and advantages that facilitate the process of buying and selling and exchanging benefits and services. There is hardly a sector that is devoid of this transactional formula because it also has a role for investment and commercial institutions, including increasing the value of transactions, increasing competitiveness, and reducing the tax on the institution\u2019s transactions. Today, selling in installments is a necessary option in all consumer societies, whether societies with high incomes or societies with lower incomes. This is what made me raise this issue and address it with research, evaluation, and control from a legal and legal perspective, as well as from the economic and social need for it today, especially in
