The descriptive approach was relied upon, a comprehensive survey was relied upon as a study method, and data was collected using An interview form, and the results showed that the percentage of female workers was the largest, reaching (0.66), and that the age group (40 and above) was the highest, reaching (0.45%), and that the percentage (0.96%), that is, the largest percentage of the members of the study population, were of high level University education, and that the category of years of experience from (10-20) is the highest, reaching (51%), and that (61%) was for other work. The study also showed that there is a significant relationship between the role of The social care and Addiction treatment Institution, and the institution\u2019s programs. Treating and improving the condition of addicts, and between rehabilitation programmers, treating and improving the condition of addicts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"
