The jurisprudential differences in financial transactions between Muslims and others are applied and practical issues in our world, because people have become linked to others and the world has become like one village. For the importance of this topic, I chose to research the disparity in applying the jurisprudence of transactions to Muslims and others, and this research includes the definition of the jurisprudence of transactions, the definition of non-Muslims, the general rule in the transactions of Muslims and others, the differences in the application of the jurisprudence of transactions to Muslims and others, and the result. And if the general rule is that the dhimmis and the trustees in transactions are like Muslims in the House of Islam, except that the jurists excluded some behaviors from it, and these exceptions are not all subject to agreement among the jurists.
