This research consists of two chapters. These chapters include definitions of some concepts mentioned and clarifications of some types of e-learning and their theories. Then, they deal with the historical English language review in some regions. Also, this modern method raises questions about whether it is suitable to be adopted independently in education. This research fills the gap in those questions by answering them.
