Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The study aimed to identify the attitudes of English language teachers in the first three grades towards rotational teaching in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Mazar District, according to the variables of academic qualification and years of experience. The study followed the descriptive survey method, and the study sample consisted of (50) female teachers. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study tool was developed, represented by a questionnaire consisting of (18) items that measure the attitudes of English language teachers in the first three grades towards rotational teaching in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Mazar District. The results showed that the attitudes of the English language teachers in the first three grades in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Mazar District towards rotational teaching were moderate. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the English language teachers in the first three grades towards rotational teaching due to the two variables: academic qualification. And years of experience. Based on the findings, the study recommended adopting alternating education as part of the education process in basic schools only in emergency cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
