21. y\u00fczy\u0131lda g\u00fcvenlik sorununun \u00f6nemi her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn artmaktad\u0131r. Uluslararas\u0131 ili\u015fkiler alan\u0131nda ter\u00f6rizmin yay\u0131lmas\u0131 ve di\u011fer k\u00fcresel sorunlar da dahil olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm bu s\u00fcre\u00e7leri k\u00fcreselle\u015fmeyle beraber giderek daha fazla etkilenmektedir. Bu e\u011filimlerle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, uluslararas\u0131 arenan\u0131n mevcut durumuna uygun bir g\u00fcvenlik konsepti sorununa giderek daha fazla y\u00f6neliyor ve bu da bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n uygunlu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor. Modern uluslararas\u0131 ili\u015fkilerdeki gerilimin nedenlerinden birinin So\u011fuk Sava\u015f’\u0131n yank\u0131lar\u0131 oldu\u011fu de\u011ferlendiriliyor. Ancak baz\u0131 bilim insanlar\u0131 bunun hen\u00fcz sona ermedi\u011fini savunuyor. So\u011fuk Sava\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131ndaki g\u00fcvenlik sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in geleneksel g\u00fcvenlik kavramlar\u0131 kullan\u0131ld\u0131. Baz\u0131 geleneksel y\u00f6ntemler, esas olarak geleneksel nitelikteki zorluklara, yani a\u00e7\u0131k kuvvet tehditlerine, askeri m\u00fcdahaleye ve silahl\u0131 sald\u0131r\u0131ya, topraklara tecav\u00fcze ve s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n ihlaline kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde hala uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ABSTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The importance of the security problem in the 21st century is increasing day by day. All these processes, including the spread of terrorism and other global problems in the field of international relations, are increasingly affected by globalization. In connection with these trends, researchers are increasingly turning to the problem of a concept of security appropriate to the current state of the international arena, which explains the relevance of this work. It is considered that one of the reasons for the tension in modern international relations is the echoes of the Cold War. However, some scientists argue that this is not over yet. Traditional security concepts were used to solve security problems during the Cold War. Some traditional methods are still applied today, mainly against challenges of a traditional nature, namely open threats of force, military intervention and armed attack, encroachment on territory and violation of borders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
