class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>ABSTRACT<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">&nbsp;The study aimed to identify the level of psychological stress and achievement motivation among university students in northern Syria and to reveal whether there is a correlation between psychological pressure and achievement motivation among the sample members. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach to achieve the Study goals, and the study sample reached (230).&nbsp; Male and female students from the Universities of Al-Zaytoonah and Al-Shamal, with a percentage of (10%) of the total study population, were selected systematically and randomly. The researcher used the psychological pressure scale prepared by (Inji Ahmed Mohieddin, 2022), and the achievement motivation scale prepared by (Kamal Mustafa hazin Othman, 2014). after the researcher made some modifications and calculated validity and reliability to ensure its suitability to the objectives of the current study.&nbsp; To extract the results of the study, the researcher used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program, and the results of the study were shown in: That the level of psychological pressure among the individuals of the sample is average, and the level of motivation for achievement among the individuals of the sample is high, and there is a negative correlation relationship with statistical significance between psychological pressure and the motivation of achievement among the individuals of the sample, and there are no differences in the level of psychological pressure among the individuals of the sample due to the variable of the gender, and there are no differences in the level of achievement of achievement among the individuals of the sample attributed For gender variables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">In light of the results of the study, the researcher concluded several recommendations and proposals, the most important of which are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Activating individual and group counseling services within universities to help relieve psychological pressures and enhance achievement motivation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holding seminars and workshops with psychologists to contribute to providing a suitable climate within the university to alleviate psychological pressures and enhance
