The concept of conflict of interest in order to create legal awareness of the legal structure of the research topic, as the term conflict of interest is considered problematic in itself in terms of the concept, its definition, and its forms. It is compatible, intersects, and conflicts with other terms such as the principle of conflict of interests, similarity of interests, corruption, neutrality, transparency, and disclosure. Advance information, illicit gain, and disclosure rules in particular, as the phenomenon of conflict of interest spreads throughout all sectors of society, and is greater in the private sector, where the possibility of interference increases, directly or indirectly, between the personal interests of its employees while practicing any social or financial activities and their integrity or integrity. Their loyalty to the company, which may create a conflict of interest. Therefore, companies aim to gain the confidence of their clients and reduce cases of conflict of interest in business and contracts concluded for the benefit of the company by regulating the company\u2019s dealings with relevant parties. Companies work to effectively regulate the use of companies\u2019 resources and assets to achieve their mission and objectives and reveal any cases of conflict between The personal interests of the relevant parties and the interests of the company and its management.
