This study aims to highlight the importance of anticipatory management as a modern approach in human resources management. It does so by diagnosing the current situation and comparing it with future needs in terms of employee numbers and expertise required for specific jobs in a detailed and precise manner. It also identifies the types of jobs and competencies needed for all administrative activities, the methods for performing them, and the qualifications and specifications required for candidates to fill these positions. This strategic methodology is based on developing an integrated anticipatory plan that starts from set goals and the rapid changes in public administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accordingly, the implementation of anticipatory human resources management in this sense will contribute to creating harmony, integration, and coordination among various ministerial sectors.
