Abstract<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This research deals with studying the concept of Waqf and the wisdom of its legitimacy, shedding light on the location of Waqf, the provisions of the Waqf supervisor and his conditions, studying the invalidators of Waqf, clarifying the proof of Waqf, indicating the replacement of the Waqf supervisor, and the reality of the Waqf supervisor, with clarifying the opinions of jurists on each issue, supported by evidence from the Qur\u2019an and Sunnah. Among the reasons that give the subject its importance is the study\u2019s connection to a charity from the permanent charities that are rewarded and continue after death, which requires research and clarification for Muslims to raise the standard of living of the poor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
