The researcher used the historical inductive approach when introducing the scholar Suleiman ben Yahya ben Omar Maqbool Al-Ahdal (died: 1197 AH), and the descriptive approach when presenting his approach and terminology in his fatwas. One of the most prominent findings reached by the researcher is that the scholar Sulaiman al-Ahdal was a great scholar and investigator, who had a scientific standing among the scholars of his time.
