The current study differs from previous studies in the study methodology as it adopts the analytical approach and in light of the results of previous studies and according to the researcher&#8217;s vision, the vision was built and its degree of suitability was identified from the point of view of specialists and experts. The results of the study showed that the role of institutional efforts to automate data in the Greater Jerash Municipality can be multifaceted and important in improving various aspects of the municipality&#8217;s operations.
