dir=\"ltr\">This research deals with phenomenal off passive smoking, highlighting on it&#8217;s serious health effects and its harm non smokers, especially kids and pregnants. the research discuss the effects off passive smoking exposures in public and closed places, reviewing Jordanian laws related to somking ban public places, evaluated it&#8217;s effective, The researcher used the descriptive method To describe the phenomenon of smoking And a statement of the groups most vulnerable to health diseases as a result of inhaling tobacco, The researcher used the analytical approach Through the analysis of legal texts related to the ban on smoking in public places and evaluating its effectiveness.
