Abstract:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The research aimed to know the impact of entrepreneurial marketing on marketing performance in the presence of digital transformation as a mediating variable. A study on the employees of Al-Hadatha Telecommunications and Technology Company – Misrata. Data for the theoretical aspect was collected through previous literature related to the subject of the research, while data for the field aspect was collected via a form. The questionnaire was a main tool in collecting primary data. The research community consisted of all employees and heads of departments at Al-Hadatha Telecommunications and Technology Company – Misrata, and their number was (37). The comprehensive survey method was followed due to the small research community, and 36 questionnaire forms that could be analyzed were obtained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, we rely on a number of statistical methods, using statistical analysis programs (SPSS) and (Smart PLS.4), in order to analyze the data obtained to test the hypotheses. The research found a positive impact of entrepreneurial marketing on marketing performance in the presence of digital transformation in its dimensions (strategic planning, leadership preparation, institutional environment, skills attraction) as a mediating variable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
