The methanolic <em>Euphorbia prostrata<\/em>&nbsp; extract significantly affected the germination of seeds of <em>Medicago sativa, Setaria verticillata <\/em>and<em> Chenopodium Murale<\/em>. At a concentration of 10 g\/L of the <em>Euphorbia prostrata<\/em> extract, complete inhibition of germination of <em>Medicago sativa <\/em>and<em> Chenopodium Murale<\/em> was recorded. While the percentage of seed germination inhibition was recorded as 88.15% for <em>Setaria verticillata<\/em> at a concentration of 10 g\/L. However, the <em>Euphorbia prostrata<\/em> extract affected the percentage of root growth inhibition of plants and the results revealed slight differences. At a concentration of 10 g\/L of the <em>Euphorbia prostrata<\/em> extract, the highest percentage of root growth inhibition was recorded (97.94%, 94.32% and 98.18%) for <em>Medicago sativa, Setaria verticillata<\/em> and <em>Chenopodium Murale<\/em>, respectively.&nbsp; Allelopathic effect of <em>Euphorbia prostrata<\/em> extracts on shoot growth inhibition rate of <em>Medicago sativa, Setaria verticillata <\/em>and<em> Chenopodium Murale<\/em>. At 10 g\/L concentration, the complete inhibition rate was observed for <em>Setaria verticillata <\/em>and<em> Chenopodium Murale<\/em>.
