The research highlights the importance of quality in enhancing port efficiency and competitiveness through implementing standards such as ISO 9001 for Quality Management, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management, and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety. It explores the experiences of leading ports such as Jeddah Islamic Port, Abu Dhabi Ports, and Singapore Port in applying these certifications and their effects on service improvement, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. The study also emphasizes the role of effective management and digitalization in enhancing service quality and achieving institutional excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"
