To achieve the study objective, the descriptive correlational approach was used, where the study community consisted of kindergarten teachers in the Triangle area within the Green Line, and a random sample of (156) teachers was selected, To collect data, the self-efficacy scale developed by Schwarzer &amp; Jerusalem (1995) and the psychological well-being scale developed by Sarasjarvi <em>et al<\/em>. (2023) were used. After confirming their validity and reliability, they were applied to the study sample.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">Results: The results showed that the level of self-efficacy among kindergarten teachers was generally average, and there were no differences in the level of self-efficacy attributed to the variables of academic qualification and experience. The results also showed that the level of psychological well-being was generally high. Finally, the results showed a positive correlation between self-efficacy and psychological well-being among kindergarten teachers in the Triangle area within the Green Line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">Study recommendation; The study recommended the necessity of holding training courses for kindergarten teachers in order to enhance their
