Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This study came to shed light on the judicial notifications that were mentioned in the Jordanian Civil Procedure Code No. 24 of 1988 AD and its amendments for the year 2019 AD, while addressing the examination of this issue in the relevant procedural laws such as the Implementation Law No. 25 of 2007 AD and its amendments for the year 2022 AD, and the electronic notifications system for the year 2018 AD. The study explained how the reporting procedure and its conditions, the legal implications of it, identifying its problems and the proposed solutions to solve the emerging problems. The study showed the types of judicial notifications and the advantages and disadvantages of each type<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The researchers relied on the descriptive approach and the analytical approach in the study, so he analyzed the legal texts on the subject of the study, and described the judicial cases that apply to those texts through court rulings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The researchers concluded that judicial notification is a very important procedure. Because it is the first step in the consideration of the case, it is a legal act that has a direct procedural effect, and attention must be paid to the notification dates or the periods during which the notification must take place. The researchers also concluded that the bailiff is the link between the court and the person required to be notified, and he must be given special attention, in order to take into account the correct conditions and procedures for notification. The researchers also concluded that the correct reporting procedure is a conclusive legal presumption of knowledge, and it is not permissible after that to claim lack of knowledge, and notification is correct if it is done by legal means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
