the Transfer and Transplantation of Organs from the Umit Neighborhood) and I followed an inductive-deductive-comparative approach\u060c and through this research\u060c it became clear to me. It is not permissible to transfer the reproductive organs that transmit hereditary traits\u060c the ovaries in women and the testicles in men\u060c and it is not permissible to transfer organs that have no counterpart\u060c such as the heart and liver\u060c because of their destruction They agreed that it is not permissible to transfer organs in exchange for money\u060c because it is an insult to human dignity and makes buying and selling vulgar. Donation is permissible if it is within the legal limits and controls necessary for that\u060c and that if a man returns his restored organ to its place\u060c it will remain pure\u060c and if the harvested organ is transplanted as retaliation\u060c it is more likely not to repeat retaliation\u060c because retaliation occurs by revealing the member once. They mentioned signs of death\u060c including cessation of breath\u060c blurring of vision\u060c relaxation of the feet\u060c extension of the face and no contraction\u060c and coldness of the body. It is permissible to transfer organs from the dead to the living when the conditions specified by scholars and jurisprudence academies are met\u060c especially the organs that save human life from
