Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objectives<\/strong>: The study aimed to identify the level of psychological immunity and emotional intelligence and the relationship between them among male and female physical education teachers in the northern governorates\/Palestine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Methods<\/strong>: The descriptive and correlational approach was used due to its suitability to the objectives of the study. The sample consisted of (500) physical education teachers in the northern governorates of Palestine. And the scale (Al-Sharif, 2016), and the scale (Gebrini, 2021) for psychological immunity, through a comprehensive survey -within the researcher\u2019s knowledge -of previous studies and educational literature related to the subject of emotional intelligence among teachers, such as the studies of (Abdel-Al, 2022) and the study of (Al-Masdar, 2013). ) and the study of (Daniel, 2020), the study of (Khawaldeh, 2004), and the study of (Al-Nashi, 2005), The researcher designed a tool to measure emotional intelligence among male and female physical education teachers. The tool, in its final form, consisted of (29) items. Responding to the items required five responses (1-5) as prepared using the Likert method for the five-point scale, namely: strongly agree (5 degrees), agree (4 degrees), neutral (3 degrees), disagree (2 degrees), and strongly disagree ( One score), and the response was reversed for the negative items (11, 16, 17).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Results<\/strong>: The results of the study showed that the arithmetic mean was high (3.78) for psychological immunity and emotional intelligence (3.75) and that there was a statistically significant relationship between psychological immunity and emotional intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
