The study employed a descriptive analytical approach and utilized questionnaires to measure three main dimensions of mental health: anxiety, depression, and stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">The study population comprised 1,500 male and female workers in humanitarian organizations, with a random sample of 150 individuals selected, representing 10% of the population. The results indicated that the mental health level among workers was good, as the dimensions of anxiety, depression, and stress showed positive averages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">Regarding the first dimension (anxiety), the average score was 3.72, with the highest impact statement being &#8220;I feel that I am under constant pressure in the work environment,&#8221; which had an average of 4.47. For the second dimension (depression), the average was 3.62, with the highest score for the statement &#8220;I feel optimistic about my future work,&#8221; averaging 4.45. As for the third dimension (stress), the average reached 3.78, with the highest score for the statement &#8220;I manage sudden pressures at work well,&#8221; averaging 4.37.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">When considering the overall mental health level, the average was 3.71, indicating a strong level of agreement among participants. The results also revealed significant differences in mental health based on gender and years of experience, with differences favoring females and individuals with more than 10 years of experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">These findings highlight the importance of supporting the mental health of workers in the humanitarian sector and emphasize the need
