dir=\"ltr\">&nbsp;The study aimed to determine the extent to which e-learning strategies are employed from the perspective of schoolteachers themselves. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical survey method to describe the study variables and developed a tool for data collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">A questionnaire was prepared, consisting of 28 items divided into three dimensions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meeting teachers&#8217; training needs and preparing them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Readiness of technical infrastructure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting a culture of e-learning.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">The validity and reliability of the tool were measured. The study sample consisted of 66 primary school teachers (male and female), selected through a non-random, convenience sampling method. The questionnaire was administered electronically during the first semester of the 2024 academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">Study Findings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The results revealed that the role of schoolteachers in employing e-learning strategies was high in the Negev.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There were no statistically significant differences in the role of schoolteachers in utilizing e-learning strategies based on gender, educational qualifications, or years of experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">Recommendations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">The study recommended conducting further research on this subject across a broader range of teachers and different
