The study also examines the regulatory procedures underlying Tawarruq and presents the views of both classical and contemporary scholars on the subject. Additionally, it highlights some contemporary applications of Tawarruq in banking institutions. To achieve its objectives, the researcher employed the descriptive method and the inductive-analytical method, which involves tracing and analyzing relevant aspects of Tawarruq and its contemporary applications, evaluating juristic opinions, and ultimately formulating a Sharia-based perspective that serves the research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Keywords:
