class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This research explores the impact of electronic marketing on customer satisfaction in commercial banks\u060c with a specific focus on the Bank of Commerce and Development in Misrata. In the digital age\u060c electronic marketing has become a fundamental tool for enhancing banking services and gaining a competitive advantage. The study examines customer satisfaction levels regarding electronic services\u060c such as bank cards and mobile banking\u060c and their influence on customer loyalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The findings indicate that electronic banking services enhance customer satisfaction; however\u060c challenges persist\u060c including weak digital infrastructure in Libya and customer concerns about online transaction security. The researcher adopted a descriptive analytical methodology\u060c utilizing customer surveys\u060c and analyzed the data using SPSS to assess the relationship between electronic marketing and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The results reveal that electronic marketing plays a crucial role in improving the quality of banking services. However\u060c it requires better technical support and increased customer awareness to maximize its benefits.
