Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The study aimed to analyze the level of psychological support among workers in humanitarian organizations in Idlib Province, Syrian Arab Republic. The researcher employed a descriptive analytical approach, collecting data from a random sample of 165 workers, representing 11% of the total study population of 1,500 individuals. Data collection tools included questionnaires and observations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The results indicated that the level of psychological support among workers was high, with a notable emphasis on work resources, while emotional support ranked last. Statistical differences were found in the level of psychological support based on gender, favoring females, as well as among those with more professional experience (over 10 years). Conversely, the results showed significant differences in levels of psychological burnout in favor of males and those with less experience (less than 5 years).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The recommendations included enhancing psychological support programs, particularly in the area of work resources, and organizing counseling sessions to bolster emotional support. The study also suggested allocating training programs for women, monitoring the levels of psychological support provided, and organizing workshops on stress management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
