The focus will be on the relationship between internal resource and capacity management, competitive performance, and financial performance of these companies. The study will use a descriptive analytical approach, with data collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of small industrial companies in the Misurata region. Various statistical analyses, such as regression analysis and correlation tests, will be conducted to reveal the nature of the relationships between the study variables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
