Abstract<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The study dealt with the issue of the bank\u2019s liability to third parties for failure to verify the customer\u2019s status in accordance with Jordanian legislation, where the study followed the analytical and descriptive approach, and the problem of the study was the lack of rules governing the bank\u2019s banking liability, the study has reached several conclusions, most notably that the bank\u2019s liability to third parties is a civil tort liability, and a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to enact legislative rules governing the bank\u2019s banking liability.                                                                                   <\/p>\n\n\n\n
