It analyzed the impact of visual media on three main dimensions of awareness: the cognitive dimension (knowledge of risks), the behavioral dimension (preventive attitudes), and the societal dimension (participation in awareness campaigns and reporting). The study included one independent variable, \u201cvisual media,\u201d and one dependent variable, \u201cawareness of drug dangers.\u201d A descriptive analytical approach was adopted to measure and interpret the relationships between the variables. The study was conducted on a population of Palestinian youth in the West Bank, with a stratified random sample of (400) male and female participants. A structured questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool, and it underwent validity and reliability testing. The results showed that visual media has a statistically significant impact on enhancing awareness of the dangers of drugs. The strongest effect was found in increasing knowledge of physical and psychological risks, followed by its influence on shaping preventive behavioral attitudes, and finally its contribution to promoting community participation.
