electronic litigation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on court procedures, the conduct of judicial sessions, and the nature of issued judgments. The research adopted the historical and descriptive-analytical methods to trace the evolution of the electronic litigation system from its early beginnings to its current state, analyzing legal texts in the Saudi Law of Procedure before Sharia Courts and other relevant regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study concluded that electronic litigation (represented by visual and written sessions via the &#8220;Najiz&#8221; platform) has significantly contributed to tangible positives, most notably expediting case adjudication, saving time, effort, and costs for litigation parties, increasing the efficiency of judicial work, and ensuring continuity during crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The study also confirmed the Saudi system&#8217;s commitment to upholding fundamental legal principles such as the publicity of sessions, the principle of confrontation, judicial neutrality, and the concentration of litigation, even within the electronic environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite these positives, the study highlighted some challenges, such as potential technical problems, reduced non-verbal communication, and the need to train certain groups on using the technology. The research concluded with a set of recommendations, including developing technical infrastructure, integrating training courses into legal curricula, and pursuing international agreements that support this transformation, emphasizing that the digital transformation in the judiciary is a cornerstone for achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
