The article examines the reality of the Moroccan educational endowment as a civilizational mechanism that has supported education and its independence throughout history. It examines the contemporary challenges that have weakened its effectiveness, calling for its renewal from a modern legal and institutional perspective. It proposes drawing inspiration from successful international experiences to develop an effective Moroccan model. Through these mechanisms, it seeks to integrate the endowment into public policies to support human capital and achieve sustainable development in various fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
