class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study aimed to determine the level of life satisfaction among adults with hearing impairments in Idlib Governorate and to examine differences in life satisfaction according to gender, age, and degree of hearing loss. The study sample consisted of 130 individuals with hearing impairments, selected using a purposive sampling method that included distribution across different age groups and levels of hearing loss. The study used the Life Satisfaction Scale to collect data, which includes three main dimensions: satisfaction with self, satisfaction with social relationships, and satisfaction with living environment and services. The researcher followed a descriptive methodology to study the phenomenon and examined differences between means using appropriate statistical tests such as One-Way ANOVA and Independent Samples Test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The results showed that the overall life satisfaction level among adults with hearing impairments in Idlib was generally high, with the dimension related to satisfaction with the living environment and services being the highest. Satisfaction with social relationships recorded moderate levels compared to the other dimensions. No statistically significant differences were found in life satisfaction according to gender and age, while statistically significant differences were found in favor of individuals who were totally deaf compared to those with partial hearing loss.
