\u0628\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0644\u0643\u064a\u0629.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study aims to explore the concept of selling movable collateral with a retention of title clause until full payment is received, its legal nature, provisions, and implications under the Jordanian Law on Securing Rights in Movable Property. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach. Among the key findings is that the Jordanian legislator has recognized this type of sale and established general conditions for the security agreement in Article (7) of the Law. These conditions can also apply, by extension, to the sale of collateral with a retention of title clause. The legal nature of this arrangement is rooted in the concept of usufruct, which grants the holder the rights of use and exploitation. One of the primary recommendations of the study is that the Jordanian legislator should provide comprehensive regulation for the retention of title by the seller within the provisions of the Law on
