Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The topic of social responsibility in Islamic law is covered in the paper. The lack of a Sudanese legislation that governs social responsibility, defines it, demonstrates its significance, and delineates the boundaries of devotion to it in Sudanese society served as a representation of the study’s issue. The study’s significance comes from the fact that social responsibility is a social organization and moral principles that are promoted by all religions in order to make a comprehensive, stable, and cohesive society where everyone works together and supports one another. The study sought to illustrate the notion and significance of social responsibility, its beneficial function in society, the extent to which it is possible to work toward the creation of Sudanese laws that govern it, and the boundaries of societal commitment to it. The research applied a descriptive and analytical methodology. The study’s main findings are that social responsibility is a moral obligation that is encouraged by all religions and developed cultures, and that it plays a significant role in establishing and maintaining societies. The concept of social responsibility, how to manage its institutions, and the legitimacy of its obligation are all not covered by any Sudanese laws. Among the many suggestions the study provided, the most crucial one was to start gathering the guidelines and precepts that deal with social responsibility in Sudanese legislation and regulating it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
