This study focuses on its three tribes\u2014the Smala, Bni Smir, and Bni Khiran\u2014examining their cooking utensils, bread-making techniques, distinctive dishes, folk songs, and proverbs across various manifestations of popular culture. These elements reflect the daily life of the simple, working, and often marginalized social groups that have been absent from the narrative of official, event-based history. The study also gives due attention to the celebration of the&nbsp;<em>Tbourida<\/em>&nbsp;(fantasia), a equestrian performance in which all the tribes and villages of the region participate, as it
