class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This study aimed to analyze the impact of tangible (material) and intangible (moral) incentives on the level of job satisfaction among faculty members and staff in higher education institutions in the city of Tobruk. The results showed that the majority of the sample were males (64.1%), mostly aged between 36-45 years, with a high proportion of married individuals and holders of advanced degrees, reflecting high awareness and expectations regarding incentive systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study confirmed the validity of the data and the use of appropriate statistical methods. It revealed that material incentives were at a moderate level, with weaknesses in compensations and bonuses. Meanwhile, moral incentives were generally balanced but suffered from weaknesses in employee participation in decision-making and institutional justice. Job satisfaction scored the highest among the examined dimensions but was hindered by weaknesses in incentive systems and promotion mechanisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The relationships between variables showed a positive correlation between material and moral incentives, with a stronger and clearer impact of moral incentives on job satisfaction compared to material incentives.
