class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This study aims to analyze the role of educational inspection as a strategic mechanism for evaluating educational policies and enhancing the effectiveness of educational systems, with a particular focus on the contributions of Melanie Ehren and David Hopkins in developing the philosophy and mechanisms of inspection. The research adopts a comparative analytical approach to examine inspection models across different educational systems and to assess their applicability to Arab contexts. The findings reveal that educational inspection transcends its traditional role as a monitoring tool to become a dynamic mechanism for generating evidence-based feedback and supporting educational decision-making. Ehren\u2019s model of multi-level inspection emphasizes the evaluation of educational networks and their interactions, while Hopkins\u2019 supportive inspection model focuses on empowering school leadership and improving the individual performance of educational institutions. The study highlights that integrating both models provides a balanced framework that combines accountability and support, particularly in Arab contexts moving toward decentralization. The research recommends developing hybrid inspection bodies that account for local specificities, integrating both quantitative and qualitative indicators in performance evaluation, and strengthening inspectors\u2019 capacities in data analysis and educational-psychological support. The added value of this study lies in proposing a flexible and practical framework that can guide educational policy reform in Arab countries and achieve a balance between accountability and
