Abstract<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The study aimed to determine the degree to which secondary school science teachers utilize the Web Quest strategy skills in schools affiliated with the Ajloun Governorate Education Directorate. The study followed a descriptive survey approach. The study population consisted of all secondary school science teachers (first and second secondary) in the Ajloun Education Directorate, totaling (245) male and female teachers. The sample was selected using a simple random method, where the number of teachers reached (200) male and female teachers. A questionnaire was constructed that represented the skills of the cognitive journeys strategy. The validity and reliability of the tool were verified. The results of the study showed that paragraph No. (19) ranked first, which states, \u201cI encourage students to work in a cooperative group,\u201d with an arithmetic mean of \u201c4.16\u201d and a standard deviation of \u201c0.7283.\u201d Paragraph No. (21) ranked last, which states, \u201cI provide students with a set of electronic sources appropriate for the topics,\u201d with an arithmetic mean of \u201c2.11\u201d and a standard deviation of \u201c0.709.\u201d. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (a=0.05) in the degree of secondary school science teachers\u2019 use of the cognitive journeys strategy (WEB QUEST) in schools affiliated with the Ajloun Governorate Education Directorate according to the variables of gender, academic qualification and experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
