Abstract<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 This study delves into linguistic expansion and the means of enriching and developing language, which is one of the aspects of Classical Arabic. It relied on the book “Al-Muzhir” by Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti, as it is one of the most prolific books on the sciences and types of language. The study was Linguistic Expansion in Meaning and Its Various Manifestations in Classical Arabic, through the book ‘Al-Muzhir’ by Jalal al-Din al- <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It adopted the descriptive approach and the comparative historical method. Among the objectives of this study are to describe and study the manifestations of linguistic expansion, while highlighting the pure, innovative scientific effort of classical Arab scholars. The study proved that Classical Arabic is one of the broadest Semitic languages, still retaining its origins, and is capable of renewal and expansion; it is a language that keeps pace with time and place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the study’s recommendations are: re-examining and paying attention to the works of early scholars, especially the sciences of language in all their types; establishing programs and providing academic and technical support for students of Arabic language sciences; and simplifying Arabic grammar and making it appealing to the public, especially the youth. It has been observed that many young people shied away from this beautiful language, which is a means of preserving the Holy Quran Arab heritage, and Muslim identity .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
