This study investigates the role of smart construction systems and materials in shaping efficient, durable, and sustainable architectural spaces. By analyzing literature, case studies, and comparative data, the research identifies key benefits such as improved energy efficiency, reduced carbon emissions, resource conservation, and enhanced indoor air quality. Findings indicate that materials like self-healing concrete, photovoltaic glass, and advanced insulation systems not only increase structural performance but also minimize maintenance needs and operational costs. However, challenges such as high initial costs, limited availability, and lack of technical expertise remain. The study concludes that integrating smart materials into building practices is essential for achieving future green architecture and environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
