The researchers used the quasi-experimental method. We randomly selected 40 males and females. The alternative online assessment was used with the experimental group, while the traditional assessment tools were used with the group, and appropriate statistical tools such as arithmetic means, analysis of variance (ANCOVA), the t-test, and the correlation coefficient were used. The results showed a significant effect of using the alternative online assessment on life skills in favors of the experimental group in terms of communication skills, decision-making skills, cooperation and teamwork skills, and problem solving.
