class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0This study investigated, decree with verbalize denotations between the Science of Jurisprudence and grammar, and conceptual definition between the science of jurisprudence and grammar. The similarities between them, according to the evidence and inference, and the condition of assiduous and imitator in jurisprudence and grammar.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The research expose to issue of origins and branches and the reason ,and listener\u2019s way, and consensus ,grammatical system scales, poetic system scales ,and legitimate system scales. The research was adopted the inductive analytical approach, and the research was divided to introduction and chapters .Chapter one under the name of idioms. Chapter two called text issues in science of jurisprudence and grammar. Chapter three under the name of scales of grammar knowledge, poetic and legitimate .The research concluded with conclusion and many results. The most important of them. The science of jurisprudence and grammar, have similarities and each one of the search about evidence and how inference with these evidence, and study the condition of beneficiary, assiduous, and imitator in science of jurisprudence and grammar. The grammarian have consensus, and it\u2019s the most important way to explain the descriptions. But grammarian is not concern with writing as linguist did. The scale of linguistic measuring is the most accurate in fundamental issues .Who proved measuring in language; do not need legitimate measuring, but need to consensus between origins and branches in reasoning. The most evidence proved the inference between grammars in the origins issues .Imam Al-Ghazali adopted in his book.
