The researcher used a descriptive and qualitative research approach based on the predictive Delphi method. A questionnaire was distributed to (62) graduate students at Syrian universities (Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, and Al-Zaytouna International University) as a sample, covering several disciplines and over three rounds. The research identified three types of requirements for using this strategy: skill-based, technical, and developmental requirements.
