Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of this study is to identify the level of practices of faculty members at the Faculty of Education Sana’a University, who achieve the (STEM) approach in teaching. The descriptive survey approach was followed. The sample consisted of (43) faculty members in the scientific departments of the Faculties of Education, Sana’a University, in the academic year 2023-2024 AD. They were selected randomly. To achieve the objectives of the research, a list of standard bases for teaching practices of faculty members who achieve the (STEM) approach was prepared. In light of this, a questionnaire consisting of (36) paragraphs was developed. The results showed that the level of practice of faculty members at the Faculty of Education, Sana’a, who achieved the (STEM) approach in teaching, was generally low. The results revealed the absence of statistically significant differences attributable to the variables (specialization). The researchers presented a number of recommendations and proposals, the most important of which are: providing regular training programs and workshops for faculty members on how to apply the (STEM) approach in teaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
