\u0627\u0644\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0627<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study aimed to determine the degree to which science teachers utilize divergent thinking skills at the secondary level in schools affiliated with the Irbid Education Directorate, from their perspectives. The study followed a descriptive survey research methodology, given its suitability for the study&#8217;s purposes. The study population consisted of all science teachers in the upper primary stage (ninth and tenth grades) in the schools affiliated with the Irbid Governorate Education Directorate, numbering (475) male and female teachers. A sample representing the study was selected using a simple random method, and their number reached (236) male and female teachers. The researchers constructed a questionnaire that included divergent thinking skills and verified its validity and reliability. The results showed that the overall arithmetic mean of the degree of employment of science teachers in the upper primary stage of divergent thinking skills in schools affiliated with the Irbid Governorate Education Directorate came with a high, medium and low arithmetic mean. Paragraph (7), which states \u201cI provide students with ideas that are far from the common and familiar,\u201d came in first place with an arithmetic mean of (4.1017) and a standard deviation of (0.6638), while paragraph (18), which states \u201cI help students generate a new idea related to the ideas presented,\u201d came in last place with an arithmetic mean of (2.0771) and a standard deviation of (0.75916). The results also showed that the value of (sig) is less than the value of (F) calculated at the significance value (0.7550) at the level of (\u03b1=0.05), so we accept the null hypothesis that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of (a=0.05) in the degree of employment of science teachers in the upper primary stage of divergent thinking skills in schools affiliated with
